success, which began, in the late 1960’s with Loukas Georgiou
as the founding member of Loukas Nominees. Loukas contributes
his company’s success through the years to its ability to
move with the times. Loukas nominees has evolved over the
decades to meet market demands and have enjoyed success as
a builder, as LDM Homes, Panache Homes and then in the early
1990’s expanded and become Panache Developments (Vic) Pty.
Ltd.
With Loukas’s son, George Georgiou as the Managing Director,
today Panache Developments is committed as builders of Melbourne
luxury homes. George & Loukas have been tirelessly expanding
the business in the design and construction area and have
a prestigious portfolio to boast their accomplishments.
Panache Developments commitment to sound construction, attention
to detail, quality finish and long term passion for the industry,
have designed and constructed over 1,000 luxury homes for
their clients throughout Melbourne.
Together, George and Loukas’s commitment to on site work supervision, industry knowledge and training, has enabled the business to evolve into the highly successful and expanding company it is today.
